Children's Ministry

To transform the world by teaching children, through unconditional love, to become life-long disciples of Jesus Christ in a prayerful scripture based environment.

Nursery + Preschool

(Birth-Pre-K) Our nursery provides a safe, clean, and loving environment for your baby during our services. We are ready to help your little one grow and learn!

Elementary School

(Kindergarten-5th Grade) Your children will build friendships, have fun and learn about Jesus’ love for them through creative lessons, games, and songs. Your child’s safety is ensured through dependable, background-checked leaders. Our goal is that your child will leave every week knowing Jesus loves them, we believe in them, and that church can be fun.

What are the Children Learning?

Elementary

In May our Elementary children will be learning that after the church was formed, being a follower of Jesus wasn’t easy. But we can see in God’s Big Story that no matter what happens, we can have the perseverance to not give up when it gets hard because God is with us.
  • Week One: Peter and John Are Taken to the Sanhedrin (Acts 3–4:22)
    • Bottom Line: Keep going because of what God has done.
  • Week Two: Philip and the Man From Ethiopia (Acts 8:26-40)
    • Bottom Line: Keep going and ask when you have hard questions about God.
  • Week Three: Paul Becomes a Believer / Ananias Helps Paul (Acts 9:1-31)
    • Bottom Line: God can help you see things in a new way.
  • Week Four: Paul Shipwrecked (Acts 27–28:10)
    • Bottom Line: Don’t give up on God when bad things happen.
  • Week Five: Heaven (Revelation 21:3-5)
    • Bottom Line: God will make everything right in the end.
Memory Verse: Let us not become tired of doing good. At the right time we will gather a crop if we don’t give up. (Galatians 6:9, NIrV)

Preschool

In May our preschoolers will think about all the people in this world. People like them. People who are nothing like them. People who have made great choices. People who have made horrible choices. People who live near them, and people who live on the other side of the world. There are many different people in this world, and Jesus cares about every one of them.
  • Week One: Villages, Towns, Countryside* (Mark 6:53-57)
  • Week Two: Jesus Heals a Woman on the Sabbath (Luke 13:10- 17 CEV)
  • Week Three: Zacchaeus (Luke 19:1-10)
  • Week Four: Woman at the Well (John 4:1-26, 39-42)
  • Week Five: Matthew’s Dinner (Mark 2:13-17; Luke 5:27-32)
Bottom Line: Jesus cares about everyone.
Memory Verse: “How wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ.” Ephesians 3:18 NIV
